Job title: Entertainment Coordinator
Reports to: Committee Chair
Job Purpose: The entertainment coordinator is primarily responsible for the recruitment of event talent, both professional and amateur.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Determine rules for amateur talent submission (subject matter, family-friendly, etc.)

Advertise for talent (i.e. Facebook, videos, MailChimp email)

Work with the committee chair and treasurer to establish entertainment budget

Communicate with Committee chair and treasurer regarding agreements (fees, hotel space, booth spaces,etc.)

Communicate with talent (i.e. Needs, schedules, etc.)
-
Creates talent schedule and manages schedule and talent during the event
Qualifications:
- Proficient in sign language
- Comfortable using social media
- Comfortable in a variety of social settings
- Leadership abilities
- Willingness to learn
