All payments on reserved booth must be paid before May 1, 2019. If payment is not received in full before May 1, 2019, the booth will become available to others, booths in red are already reserved. Refund for booths available within 30 of purchase, after 30 days a cancellation fee will apply. In the event that a booth reservation must be cancelled as the result of unexpected hardship, the vendor can request a refund, in writing, along with proof of the hardship circumstance. The board will review the request and provide a decision on a case by case basis.
